This site is operated by Untapped Technologies LLC. Questions about this page can be sent through the contact form.

Contact and inquiry forms

If you submit the contact form, we receive the details you provide — typically your name, email address, optional company name, area of interest, project stage, and message, plus the page you submitted from. We use that information to reply and to understand the request.

The Research & Grant Technical Support inquiry form collects name, email, organization, selected assistance categories, a description of the technical challenge, an acknowledgement that sensitive data should not be submitted, and optional phone, organization type, project stage, timeline, and engagement type. Do not include patient information, PHI, PII, medical records, passwords, or confidential datasets in that form.

Messages are delivered by email using Resend. The visitor email address is used as the reply-to address so we can respond. We do not use the visitor address as the sending (From) address.

Analytics and tagging

The site uses Vercel Analytics for aggregated traffic insights. That product is designed to work without advertising cookies.

When Google Analytics 4 is configured, the site may load the Google tag (gtag.js), or Google Tag Manager which can in turn load GA4. Those Google services may set cookies or similar identifiers and collect technical information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser details, and the events we send (for example that a form was submitted, without the message contents or email address).

If a Google measurement ID or Tag Manager container is not configured, those Google scripts are not loaded.

Hosting and technical logs

The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel and related infrastructure may process standard request logs (such as IP address, user agent, and requested URL) to operate, secure, and debug the service.

Playground demos

The CSV Dashboard demo processes files in your browser for the session. Uploaded CSVs are not sent to Untapped Technologies or stored on our servers as part of that demo.

Cookies and similar technologies

Essential cookies or local storage may be used by the platform to operate the site. Analytics cookies are used only if Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager is active. This site does not currently include a consent banner. Whether a banner or Consent Mode is required depends on audience and applicable law and should be reviewed by the site owner and counsel.

Pages may link to third-party sites. Those sites have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for content or collection on sites we do not operate.

Retention

Contact and inquiry emails are kept as long as needed to handle the request and for ordinary business records. Hosting logs follow the retention of the hosting provider. Analytics retention follows the settings in Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics when those tools are used.

Your requests

If you want to ask about information you submitted through a site form, use the contact form, the research technical assistance form, or the email address we used to reply. We will handle requests in line with applicable law.
